Fred BrokerAGE: 87 • HolmdelFred Broker, 87, of Holmdel, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 22, 2016, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born on January 3, 1929 in Staten Island, NY, where he lived until 1990, when he retired to NJ. Fred was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served proudly during the Korean War. In 1953, he married his wife Catherine (Rutherford); they were married for 63 years. Fred is survived by his wife, Catherine Broker and their six children, Cathy Pellegrino, Fred Broker, Debbie Raymond, Susan Titta, Nancy Dowdell and James Broker. He was also a loving grandfather of ten grandchildren and one great-grandson. Fred will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
