Frank HarperFREMONT: Frank Harper, 75, of Fremont, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, February 23, 2017. He was born on August 17, 1941 in Anderson, SC to Charlie Gray & Christine Harper.Frank attended Perkins High School in Sandusky, Ohio. He worked at the Ford Motor Company as an assembler for 30 years until, he retired in October of 1993. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, gardening and mowing his lawn. Frank loved to BBQ and spend time with his family.On September 17, 1966, Frank and Mamie Lee were married at the Brethren Chapel and recently celebrated 50 loving years of marriage; she survives. Also surviving are children, Lisa Harper Kirksey, Leah Harper and Jason Harper; grandchildren, Michael, Ashlea, Carlea (Lindsey), Braelyn, Malayah, and Jakaia; great-grandchildren, Michael, Nadia, Elijah, Malani and Xavier; siblings, Mary Ann Harper, Willie Harper, Clyde (Sheryl) Harper and Donald Harper; special Aunt, Viola Hill; and many nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Bessie Harper, Annie Harper, Virginia Harper, Bill Harper and John Harper.Visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the funeral home beginning at 12:00 p.m. where there will be an additional hour of visitation being held prior to the start of the service. Pastor, Dr. Timothy L.
