Frances E. Waldecker, 80, a 67 year resident of Pasadena died on July 15, 2017 at Hospice of the Chesapeake in Pasadena. She was born on December 7, 1936 in Baltimore, MD to the late Frank and Catherine Malle. Mrs. Waldecker worked as a Cafeteria Manager for Anne Arundel County Public School retiring from Chesapeake Bay Middle School in 1996 after 25 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of the Chesapeake Catholic Church, the Lake Shore Democratic Club where she served as President in the late 1980's, the Board of Elections as Supervisor for 14 years in the mid 2000's, and the Democratic Central Committee as an alternate. Mrs. Waldecker owned and operated Waldeckers Catering in the 1980's and 1990's and Waldeckers Bayside Inn of of Bayside Beach Road. She enjoyed politics, reading, and football, especially the Ravens. In addition to her parents Mrs. Waldecker is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William C. Waldecker, Jr., her sisters Jean Orrell and Dorothy Kunsman, and her grandson Dennis Jester, Jr. She is survived by her son William C. Waldecker, III her daughters Cathy Jester and Dorothy Sandusky, her brothers Frank, William and Ronald Malle, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild Devin and and one on the way. Friends may call on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM.
