Owens, Frances was born on August 3,1917 in Loretta, KS. She died February 12, 2005. Wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday February 14, 2005 at St. Joseph. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph on February 15, 2005 at 10:30a.m. with burial to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Owens: brothers, Raymond Urban, Alvin Urban, Hubert Urban: granddaughter, Katie Wallace. Survivors: sons, Ray Jr. Owens and wife Meiko, Dennis Owens, daughters; Debbie Girrens and husband Dave, Carol Spangler and husband Mike, Sandy Wallace and husband Larry all of Wichita. Son; Jim Owens and wife Nancy, of Pennsylvania. Daughters; Marietta Hughes and husband Marshall of Texas, Doris Cloud and husband Jim of Colorado. 22grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Sisters; Mary Depperschmidt, Florine Meister, Esther Wanzel, Sister Marietta Urban, sister-in-law Rita Urban.
