She was married to Michael Nowotarski in Chicago, Ill.Frances is survived by her children, Tony (Carole) Nowotarski, Sharon (Guy) Chapman, Donna (Jim) Kielbasa, Tom (Kimberly) Nowotarski; grandchildren, Derek, Jake, Alyssa, Heather, Nicole, Brett, Craig, Sarah, Ryan and step-grandmother to John and Nate; sister, Barbara (Allen)Plucinski.
