Seitz, Frances Mae 85, of Wichita, KS, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016, in Wichita. Frances was born on October 2, 1930 in Neodesha, KS, the daughter of Frank and Eva (Fulmer) Weaver. Frances and Edward Seitz were united in marriage on September 10, 1955 in Fredonia, KS. Frances loved spending time with her great-grandchildren and cherished them. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward; baby brother, James; sisters, Clarissa Wagoner, Juanita Laird, Shirley Cook. Survivors include her daughter, Katherine Layne of Valley Center; brother, Ben (Sandy) Weaver of Coffeyville; granddaughter, Destiny (Michael) Clayton of Park City; 6 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
