Packowski, Florence M.Florence M. Packowski, age 97, a resident of River's Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc, died Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Center.She was born on April 27, 1919 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Julius and Lottie (Skrzypczyski) Kozaczuk. On June 24, 1944 she married Anthony F. Packowski at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1994. Florence was employed at Mirro Company in Manitowoc for many years, retiring in 1977.Survivors include two sons: Anthony "Tony" Packowski Jr. and his special friend: Diane Stanzel, Manitowoc, Raymond Packowski, Henderson, NV; two granddaughters: Kirsten & Regan Packowski; two sisters: Serina Lemberger, Mesa, AZ., Phyllis Armstrong, Manitowoc; two sisters-in-law: Ruth Kozaczuk, Manitowoc, Eleanore Kozaczuk, Two Rivers. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter: Christine Packowski; four brothers: Chester Kozaczuk, Charles Kozaczuk, Leo Kozaczuk, Edward Kozaczuk and five sisters and six brothers-in-law: Pauline Kozaczuk, Elizabeth & Edward Decker, Tessie & Clifford Trottier, Eleanore & Russell Franke, Dolores & Earl Kugler, Frances Lemberger and William Armstrong.Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall (1114 South 21st Street) Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev.
