Faa'Izah Waheed, 63, of Cleveland Ohio, passed Thursday, November 02, 2017. She was born to the late Clifford Luster, and Mary Baldwin, May 26, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio.

Faa'Izah graduated from John F Kennedy in 1972 and received a degree from Spellman in 1977. She married Abdolum in 1982, and they lived together in Atlanta, Georgia. Faa'Izah moved back to Cleveland Ohio in 1997. Faa'Izah worked at the Cleveland Health Department until she retired in 2003. She also volunteered at the Mosque and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Faa'Izah is survived by three children: Najwa Waheed (Tora Naohara ), Julie Waheed, and Cyla Waheed. She also leaves to honor her memory her mother, Mary Baldwin; two grandchildren; three Sisters, Elaine Simmons, Renee Brown, Paulette Luster; three brothers, Alden Luster, Linnel Luster, Shawn Brown; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
