FREMONT — Evelyn Moberg, 91, formerly of Fremont passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in Arizona after a brief illness. Mrs. Moberg was born on January 14, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois, to Stanley and Jennie Rzegocki. She is survived by her two sons, Eric (Linda) Moberg of Glenwood, Illinois, and Guss (Mary) Moberg of Angola; one daughter, Leslie (Carl) McCourt of Huachuca City, Arizona; one grandson, Scott Moberg of Indianapolis; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eric Moberg in 1996; one daughter, Patti Jean Mularski in 1991; a granddaughter, Kimberly Ann Moberg in 1992; six sisters; and three brothers. Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Angola, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Private interment of cremains will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Chicago at a later date. Memorials may be given to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Angola, or to Catholic Charities.
