Eula Ray Miller, 95, lovingly known as Memaw and Baby Ray to her family, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 29, 2017. She was born on November 16, 1921 to Robert and Pearl Terry Scott. She was a homemaker who loved to cook and dedicated her life to God and her family. She also enjoyed her favorite hobbies of camping and fishing with her husband of 67 years during retirement until his death in 2004. Survivors include her two daughters, Pearlie Rene McCollum and husband, Thomas "Buddy," and Sue Miller Heidel and husband, Albert, all of Tupelo; three grandchildren, Donna McCollum Worley (Hubert) of Jackson, Tonya Heidel Lipscomb (Drew) and Kim Heidel Leathers (Brian) of Tupelo; eight great-grandchildren, Bert Worley (Brittany) of Jackson, Camille Worley Pittman (Key) of Columbus, Andrew Lipscomb, Miller Lipscomb, Alex Lipscomb, Ally Ayers Lipscomb, Emma Rae Leathers and Turner Leathers, all of Tupelo, one sister Leatrice Buse of Saltillo and her special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Turner Miller, one grandson, James Terry McCollum, two sisters, Lillie Faye Plunkett and Clara Mae Owens, four brothers, Gene Scott, Harse Scott, Luke Scott, and Charlie Scott and her parents. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 am with Services to follow at 11 am, on Tuesday, January 31, at Waters Funeral Home in Baldwyn, MS with the Reverend Roger Smith officiating. Burial will at Lee Memorial Park in Tupelo. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her nephew Danny McBrayer.Condolences may be sent to
