Ethel "Tutie" Williams, 55, transitioned Friday, March 17, 2017. She was born to O.C. Williams and Elizabeth Williams on September 14, 1961. Ethel graduated from Wendell Phillips Academy. 

Ethel is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Williams; 3 children: Terrell Williams, Earl Williams, and Shatara Williams;9 grandchildren; 7 sisters and brothers: Sherly(Clyde), Brenda, Lynn, Arlene(Duwan), Jerome, Esco, David and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. 

She is preceded in death by her father, O.C. Williams and brother, Otis Williams.
