Ermaline (Erma) HobsonJune 13, 1927 - June 27, 2014Ermaline "Erma" Hobson, 87, passed away surrounded by her loving family June 27, 2014. Erma was the youngest of 13 children, born on June 13, 1927 to Provie and John Krebbs in Boggy Depot, Oklahoma. Erma was raised on a farm with a large family in Southern Oklahoma during her childhood. She married J. D. Green and moved to California after W.W. II. Out of this marriage came two children, Jim Green and Darline Hensley. J.D. and Erma later divorced. Erma met the love of her life William "Bill" Hobson and married on November 18th, 1964. Bill and Erma retired to Nampa, Idaho from Hayward, California in 1988. During retirement Bill and Erma enjoyed being with family, going shopping at the Farmers Market, Arts in the Park and other craft events.Every person Erma met was her friend. Erma will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Erma was preceded in death by loving husband Bill, her parents, 2 sisters and 10 brothers.She is survived by loving son Jim (Ruth) Green, daughter Darline Hensley, three granddaughters: Jenna, Jamie(Landon), Bethany(Nathan), six great-grandsons: Asah, Micah, Dillon, Hayden, Gavin, Nolan, two great-granddaughters: Nyah, and Jasmine. Along with former son-in-law Scott Hensley. Erma loved her extended family: Myrt, Corolyn, Brianna, Barbara, Duane and Makayla.There will be a Celebration of Life on July 12, 2014 @ 2:00 PM Canyon Creek Restaurant in the Fireside Room.
