Schroeder, Elsie ElizabethElsie E. Schroeder, 88, of Green Bay, passed away on January 7, 2017. She was born on November 7, 1928 in Bismarck, North Dakota to the late John and Fredericka Horning and married Virgil G. Schroeder on May 13, 1946. Virgil and an infant son Roger preceded her in death.Elsie is survived by 5 children, Sheryl Wolf, Gloria Samuelson, Julie Schroeder, Martin Schroeder, and Heidi (Christopher) Rozman; 9 grandchildren, Jessica Scheible, Jim Samuelson, Jody Liegeois, Rebecca Glinka, Amanda, Benjamin, and Jacqueline Schroeder, Taylor and Hayley Rozman; 4 great-grandchildren, Brett Samuelson, Danielle, Laura and Jay Liegeois; and one sister, Selma Becker.Elsie and Virg owned Speed Print and D&D Uniforms in Green Bay. Elsie was an excellent seamstress and loved dancing, knitting, and reading. Elsie really appreciated the help and kindness she received from a lot of nice neighbors. We will miss her storytelling and constant singing and humming.A celebration of life will be Saturday, June 10, at 10am with a service at 11am at Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S Madison St, Green Bay.
