Elsa Medina Arbesu passed away on November 5, 2016 at the age of 90 years old. She was born on June 10, 1926 in Las Villas, Cuba. Elsa was employed for many years with Wembley and Randa Corporation; and was a parishioner and Eucharistic Minister of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Elsa is preceded in death by her husband Jorge Daniel Arbesu; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Jose Medina; and one brother Joseph D. Medina. She is survived by one sister, Elda Trina Diaz, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in Metairie Cemetery.
