Edwards, Elizabeth "Lisa"Elizabeth Anne "Lisa" Edwards (Knickel), 60, of Fond du Lac passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 after a courageous fight with MS and Cancer at Manor Care in Fond du Lac. She was born on June 23, 1957 to Faith and William Mensch in Milwaukee, WI. On October 22, 1977, she married Mark Knickel. Love brought Mark and Lisa together twice in life and they remarried on November 22, 2000.Elizabeth "Lisa" lived most of her childhood years in Waukesha. Her family later moved to Farmington, Michigan and Lisa graduated in 1975 from Farmington High School. She came to Fond du Lac to enter Marian College and lived with her Grandmother Ruth Mensch. Lisa had many Mensch relatives here in Fond du Lac. After her children were grown, she went back to college and received her degree as a legal secretary and worked in the Fond du Lac community and also at the Fond du Lac Courthouse.Elizabeth is survived by husband Mark, her sons Kyle (Kelly) Edwards and their children Taylor, Caden, Lillian and Nathaniel; Kevin (Amber) Edwards and their children Jaydn, Stevie and Liam; and Kristofor (Danielle) Edwards and their children Mykenzy and Landon. She is further survived by her children's father David Edwards, her brother Jeffrey (Sheryl) Mensch, her nephews Jacob and Jeffrey, Mark's family, many other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents.
