Edward Lee Wilkes III, a native and resident of Gray, was born on Dec. 19, 1994, and died at 12:09 a.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013.Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Community Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.He is survived by his parents, Edward Wilkes Jr. and Joan Harris Johnson; and brothers, Elijah Wilkes, Isaac Wilkes and Frank James.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward Lee Wilkes Sr., Eddie Johnson and Emma Harris; and by his father, Leroy Johnson.Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
