Edward Lewis Davis aka Pete, was born in Rocky Mount VA, the second child and only son of Virginia Davis & Earl Shelton. He leaves to cherish in his memory 2 sisters Jennifer Heyer, Lisa Shelton, two step siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and host of cousins.

Pete attened school in Pennhook Va until he was 16 years in life and decided to relocate to Pgh PA during his 16th year. 

Pete had a mine of his own but was always open for advice. If you needed a job done Pete was always willing and ready. Pete spent most of his time working! his philosophy which he would say if I work I want have to worry about getting in trouble in his South voice. Pete was one of the individuals that own the saying " You can take the person out the country but you cant take the country out the person." That Southern Accent was hilarious it became part of his personality. Pete was full of Love especially for his mom Virginia (Jennie) she was his soft spot & his family. Pete was that guy that would give you the shirt off his back and half of the last dollar in his pocket. Pete was a jack of many trades. He would make what ever situation he encountered a possitive out-come. Pete was dependable always willing and available if needed. Pete will always be a part of our hearts and memories. Pete brought JOY to many of our hearts.
