Edna Marie (Brink) Miloser, 91, of Glen Campbell, died Friday, March 17, 2017, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.The daughter of Edward and Annie (Janocha) Brink, she was born on Oct. 19, 1925, in Banks Township, Indiana County.Edna was a very active member of the Church of the Resurrection in Glen Campbell, where she had been a longtime member of the Altar Rosary Society, having served as president for a number of years.For years, Edna faithfully attended daily mass and would lead the rosary prior to the start of mass services. She dedicated countless hours of her life to cooking for church functions and funeral meals.Edna married Andrew Miloser Jr. on Oct. 23, 1948. They shared 53 years of marriage until his death on March 21, 2002.She cared deeply about her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her life was one of deep faith and trust in God, as was evidenced in all she did. She loved working and keeping active and busy with family and church activities.Edna enjoyed canning and baking homemade bread and pies. She was well-known for her delicious homemade nut rolls. One of the highlights of her week was the joy she experienced in cooking on the weekends and preparing Sunday soup for her family.She liked watching her favorite game shows, "Wheel of Fortune" and "Family Feud," as well as episodes of "The Andy Griffith Show."Edna greatly enjoyed flowers and spending time outside while gardening and feeding birds and wildlife animals. Her interests included crocheting afghans and collecting dolls, angels and bells. When Edna was able to find a spare, quiet moment, she looked forward to sitting on her front porch, where she could wave to people.Edna is survived by her five children, David Miloser and wife Susan of Home, Dian Matko and husband Raymond of Glen Campbell, Edward Miloser and wife Diane of Glen Campbell, Lisa Josephson and husband D. Craig of Indiana and John Miloser and wife Carol of Marion Center; 17 grandchildren, Elayna Miloser, Amanda Roach and husband William, Jason Miloser, Kimberly Miloser, Nicole Miloser, Jennifer Beer and husband Scott, Jeffrey Matko and wife Katie, Jessica Layden and husband Scott, Justin Matko, Edward Miloser and wife Amy, Tiffany DeStefano and husband Anthony, Alexander Miloser, D. Clark Josephson, Audrey Josephson, Brookelyn Miloser, Bryant Miloser and Rebekah Miloser; and 15 great-grandchildren, Addaleia, Andrew and Addessa Beer, Anna, Ian and Elle Layden, Ryan, Julia and Evan Matko, Liam, Grady and Declan Roach, Noah Clossin, Maxwell Miloser and Corbin DeStefano.Edna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Andrew Miloser Jr.; a granddaughter, Noelle Miloser; and her four brothers, Walter "Jessie" Brink, Joseph "Tay" Brink, Henry "Guy" Brink and Anthony "Tony" Brink. Edna was the last surviving member of her immediate family.Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2017, and from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale.An 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at the Church of the Resurrection in Glen Campbell.Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in Glen Campbell.
