Emma M. Ramirez our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 26, 2017. She was born on August 12, 1935 in Cd. Juarez Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Carlos Ramirez. She is survived by six daughters; Barbara Gonzalez, Elizabeth Dominguez, Ernestina Ochoa, Catalina Luna, Linda Dye, and Clara Sheeran and four sons; Carlos, Victor, Jesus and Juan Ramirez. Other survivors include 34 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and numerous family members and friends. Visitation for will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary to commence at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home- East located at 10950 Pellicano Dr. El Paso, Texas 79935 (915) 590-8700. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church located at 10000 Pleasant Rd., 79924. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
