OTT, DorothyDorothy Ott, 94, of Austin TX passed away on Nov. 4 with her daughter Cynthia and husband Bill at her side. A rosary and funeral mass will take place at St. Louis Catholic Church in Austin on Nov. 7 at 10 am.Dorothy was born on Nov. 7, 1921 in Maroa, IL. She met her husband Bill while both were working in the television industry at KFI-NBC in Los Angeles, CA. She and Bill were married in 1952 and moved to Texas where Bill's family lived. Dorothy enjoyed any type of competition, such as bowling, playing bridge and board games, and especially watching her Texas Rangers play. Her greatest passions were her family, sewing, and preparing gourmet meals. Dorothy is survived by her husband William Ott, her two daughters Cynthia and Patricia, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
