The daughter of Albert and Berthe (Pinsoneault) Wood. Dorothy married Patrick Stanton in Montreal on September 5, 1953. She loved traveling with Patrick to many places in the US, Canada & Europe. They both enjoyed jazz...(well Patrick did)....But she conformed and grew to love it. She just wanted to dance!She is survived by children Jim and Sandy, Leo, Paul and Maureen and Rob Welsford, grandchildren Shannon and Fred Ares, Stacey Nicole, Charlotte and Joe. She also leaves her brother Lewis Wood, sisters in law Mary Stanton, and Diane Edgar, and many nieces, nephews and so many friends.Predeceased by her husband Patrick in 2007, brother Norman and brother in law Michael Stanton.
