Dion Holmes, 34, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed Thursday, June 13, 2019. Dion was born to Mark Wilson, and A’Nitra Holmes, December 25, 1984 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dion graduated from Westport High School in 2003. He married Johairis Mendez, and they lived together in Kansas City. Dion worked for Kansas City Board of Elections for 4 years. Dion loved his family and cherished his friends.

Dion is survived by 4 children: Dion Holmes Jr., Anthony Holmes, Brian Holmes, and Nate Holmes . Three sisters and two brothers Alex Holmes,Tyesha Wilson,Brittany Holmes, Dionte McClary, and M. Wilson. And a host of cousins,aunts,uncles,and friends.
