Derrick DurrantDerrick Dean Durrant, 33, passed away on Friday August 7, 2015. Derrick was born on November 13, 1981 in Pocatello, Idaho. He married Teresa Sofia Anderson on August 3, 2002 and was later divorced. Derrick earned an aircraft maintenance certificate from Idaho State University on May 15, 2004 and soon after went to work for Idaho National Laboratory where he worked for the remainder of his life. He was passionate about life and never settled for anything but the best. He enjoyed watersports, bullet bikes, and most recently his Camaro. For Derrick, sharing all of these with his family and friends made his life even sweeter. His greatest passion in life was loving and serving his family and friends. Derrick made everyone around him laugh and feel like an important part of his life. He was preceded in death by his father Shirley Dean Durrant. He is survived by his mother Darlene Lucille Beesley, siblings Dawn (Jake), Dave, Dianna, Dell, Denise (Mitch), nephews Dustin, Skyler, Brandon, and niece RachelFuneral services will be held at the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, 232-0542, on Wednesday, August 11, 2014 at 11:00, where family will receive friends one hour prior.
