Everytime we talked we ended it with "I love you" and you would say "I love you to Momma"....I remember a story about a man that asked God for more time with his loved one.... He told him he would trade the rest of my years to have one more day with you...Just 24 hours to hold you and say "Goodbye" and I will leave in his place-he replied that If I could grant such a request, he will never know you,  so he would not grow into the same man because he did not have the same life. He will never know his friends or family and they will never have known him. Therefore, all that have known him will be changed forever...

And I would not trade those years for anything....Demetrius was heartbroken by the death of his brother Dee, he asked me why does it hurt so much and I told him "Because we love so much"...I explained to him that everyones script is written when they breath their 1st breath and we never know how much time we have with someone. I told him when he came to be with me, someone left this earth so that he could have their space and I am so blessed for that person

Demetrius dad taught him from an early age how to be a man and take care of hisself...He bought him a backpack, took him to smart and final to buy candy and there began his hussle....Many times I was called in the school office, because security was chasing him to take his candy away...And there it began
