Deanna Cook 1956—2016Deanna Robin Cook, 59 yrs. old, of Freeport passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016 in her home. She was born on June 2, 1956 in Kirksville, MO., the daughter of Paul & Sue J. (Shibley) Hoskinson. Deanna attended schools in Kirksville, MO; Lena, & graduated from Freeport High School in 1975. She worked as a CNA. She married Leslie Cook on November 19, 1976 & they had 5 daughters: Megan, Margaret Rose, Shelly, Amy & Laura. Deanna & Leslie lived in Texas for many years but later moved back to Freeport in 1997. She is survived by her mother of Freeport, 5 daughters & Leslie Cook, 9 grandchildren, 3 sisters: Paula Short, Jennifer (Alan) Asche, Lorena Howery, brother: Steve (Sally) Hoskinson & many nephews & nieces. She loved her grandchildren, family & friends. Deanna is preceded in death by her father, 3 brothers & 2 nephews.Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Schwarz Park Blvd. Chapel, 608 S. Park Blvd. with Pastor John Lee officiating. Friends may call after 10 a.m. until time of service on Monday. A memorial has been established in her memory.
