Kann, DavidDavid "Davey" Kann, 50, Marshfield, died with family by his side on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Faith Fellowship Church, Marshfield, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00-3:00 on Friday until service time. Pastor Larry Sheahan will officiate. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. David was born on February 4, 1967 in Marshfield, to Delferd and Florence (Beck) Kann and was a 1985 graduate of Stratford High School. He married Erin A. Rahm on May 15, 2009 in Wausau. Dave had been employed as an auto body technician at Smith Brothers Ford in Mosinee and then at Schmidtys Auto in Marshfield until he had to leave in January of this year because of his illness. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed snowmobiling until the cold started bothering him too much. His passion was his motorcycle and he loved going on road trips with his wife, his family and friends. Last but not least, he loved making people smile. He was always the life of the party and made sure that a good time was had by all. He left an imprint on the lives of everybody that was lucky enough to know him. He was such a kind and generous man and he will be missed so deeply by his family and friends.He is survived by his wife Erin and a daughter, Emily of Marshfield. He is also survived by his parents, Del and Florence Kann of Stratford, his brothers, Jeff (Terry Ann) Trickle-Kann of Seymour and Perry (Denise) Kann of Stratford and his sister, Laurie (Art) Young of Auburndale and his father-in-law and stepmother-in-law, Ron (Eileen) Rahm and a sister-in-law, Shannon (Max) Luna. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, Curtis (Amber) Kann and their son Shane, Kyle (Angie) Kann and their daughter, Mckenzie, Zach (Shawna) Young and their children, Elliot and Beckham, Dylan Young, Levi Young and Madelyn and Sophia Luna. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to everybody that was involved in his benefit that was held this past July. He was able to spend time with the people that he loved and it meant so much to us. We were so humbled by everybody's generosity and love. We would also like to say thank you to everybody that reached out to us since his diagnosis in January, whether it was a card that was sent, a phone call made, or a visit to the house- it helped us in ways that you will never know.Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
