David E. Towne, 58Pendleton - David E. Towne, 58, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017.He was born on March 31, 1958 in West Lafayette, the son of Leon V. Towne and Betty (Uhrick) Seyler and graduated from Yorktown High School in 1976. He served his country in The United States Air Force and later graduated from Indiana Wesleyan Univeristy with a degree in Labor Management.David was a Union Labor Representative for AT&T and CWA for twenty-five years.He was an avid sports fan, especially Indianapolis Colts and Notre Dame football. He also enjoyed music and spending time with his family.Survivors include his two sons, Andy Towne (Melanie Robb) and Jordan Towne (wife, Brittany); three brothers, Jimmy Towne, Tommy Towne and Phil Seyler; his sister, Ginny Cox; step-father, Mike Seyler; also surviving are several nieces and nephews, along with a host of special friends.He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Towne; and his parents.Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Mt.
