Darla Dillard, age 45, passed away peacefully August 12, 2020 due to diabetes and congestive heart failure. She was born March 10, 1975 in Illinois, Chicago to Carl and Annie Lynn. She eloped and married her longtime friends and love, Alferguson Johnson, in October of 2001. 

Darla loves to love on people. She sewed photo album covers and many arts and crafts. Her hands were rarely still. She also shared the love of food from many family members. 

For many years Darla was a living example of her favorite bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 — “And be kind and compassionate to one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”

Due to Corona we will not be having a funeral but instead a celebration of life at Auntie Lolo’s house for close family members. We ask that you pray with our family in this time of need.
