BLANCHETTE-LEE, Darla Marie It is with our deepest love and sadness that we say goodbye to Darla Blanchette-Lee of Edmonton who passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 29, 2016 at Lake Havasu City, Arizona at the age of 58. Darla was born on October 17, 1958. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving husband, Robert Lee. She is also survived by four sisters and two brothers, Melodie Stewart (Mitchell), Merle Boulanger, Laurie Woldanski (Julian), Diane Blanchette-Dupuis, George Dawes and Ron Dawes (Diane); stepdaughter Melinda Grasdal (Luke); stepson Daniel Ouellette; step-grandchildren Elizabeth and Lily Ouellette, Lola and Rockwell Grasdal; stepbrother Davey Dawes; and stepsister Margaret Dawes. She will also be greatly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A Celebration of Darla's beautiful Life will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the Elk's Hall at 2:00 p.m. 11823-129 Ave, Edmonton.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
