Danny Lee Lowhornage 69, of Indianapolis, passed away August 2, 2017. He was born on April 27, 1948 in Indianapolis as the son of Lanis M. and Edna L. (Huddleston) Lowhorn. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam.Danny enjoyed cars, watching old western movies and spending time at the Greenwood VFW Post 5864. During the last couple years, Danny enjoyed spending time with the friends he made while staying at River Terrace in Bluffton.Danny will be missed by his daughters, Cassie (Rick) Dodd of Greenwod, Tia Elliott of Danville and Marci (Mark) Klopfenstein of Bluffton; brother, Roy Lowhorn; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Lanis and Edna Lowhorn.A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 12-2 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m., also at the funeral center.
