DIANN M. HENSCHEN, 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Jan. 6, 1944. As always, and especially during this time, Diann was surrounded and comforted by her family. Diann showed grace, dignity and strength as she faced her greatest hardship. Diann is survived by a daughter, Kimberly (Mark); and a son, Steve (Lisa). She leaves with us two granddaughters, Serena (Bryan) and Samantha; and two grandsons, Zachary and Christopher. Diann was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Ryder, Amelia, and Lyla. Her siblings include Robert (deceased), Ronald (deceased), David and Judith. A celebration of life is from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at Midwest Funeral Home & Cremation Society, 4602 Newaygo Road, Fort Wayne.
