Lade, Curtis A.Curtis Albert Lade, 79, a resident of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully Friday March 24, 2017, following a long battle with COPD.He was born on March 19, 1938, in Marinette WI, the only child of Roy Curtis and Esther (Glass) Lade.Following graduation from Peshtigo High School he entered the United State Air Force serving from 1956 to 1964. On January 18, 1958 he married Alice "Kim" Carr Hogenauer. To this union three sons were born, Scott, Eric and Dan, also surviving are nine grandchildren, and four ¾ great-grandchildren. Curt had many accomplishments throughout his life, but his greatest pride was his involvement and long membership in, Alcoholics Anonymous, and the many people he befriended and helped. Visitation: Visitation for Curt will be held on Saturday April 1, 2017 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 East Division Street, Fond du Lac. Services: A Celebration of his life will follow visitation at 11:00 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Grosse Family Cemetery, Little Suamico.
