Connie L. SmithConnie L Smith, age 62, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 4, 2017.Connie was born on October 27, 1954, to Noel and Betty Pyle. She grew up in Lancaster, Texas. She married Bobby Smith on February 14, 1987, and raised her three children whom she loved deeply. Connie was a wonderful daughter, mother, and grandmother, who had a passion both for the Lord and for her family. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Hill, and her husband Bobby Smith. She is survived by her children, Brandi Ellis and her husband Allen Ellis, Rocky Smithson, and Eric Smithson and his wife Sara Smithson, as well as her sisters, Debbie Stevens and husband Johnny Stevens, Linda Faulkner and her husband Robert Faulkner, and Donna Spangler and grandchildren ,Christian Ellis, Kaily Ellis, Elizabeth Smithson, Owen Smithson, Matthew Smithson, and Noah Smithson.There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, at Dalton & Son Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas.
