Although, her mental ability was limited, she was blessed with exceptionally good health. Claire was a client at New Perceptions Inc. for 35 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Claire K. Wettstein (Koehler), Ft. Thomas. She is survived by her sisters Millicent Middendorf ( Robert, Deceased), and Mary Lee Zumbiel (Robert).
