Christopher Ray Parks, 50, of Spencer, passed away Monday Dec. 12, 2016 at his home. Christopher was born on Nov. 24, 1966 in Bremerton, Wash., to Ray and Susan Parks. He enjoyed reading his Bible, treasure hunting and finding old bottles buried in the dirt and was a big Seattle Seahawk fan. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Adams; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Peacock. Christopher is survived by his wife Mary of the home; three step-children. Timothy R. Johnson of China Grove, Joshua D. Johnson of Rockwell, Alexander D. Ellenburg of Albemarle; three grandchildren; father. Robert Ray Parks, Sr. (Barbara Sue) of Bonnieville, Ky.; mother-in-law, Etta C. Morris of Spencer; brothers, Kenneth Richard Parks of Ketchikan, Ark., Robert Ray Parks, Jr. of Bonnieville, Ky.; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
