Chloe StoddardJune 2, 1930 - December 23, 2014Soda Springs: Chloe Ann Sands Stoddard, 84, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.Chloe was born on June, 2, 1930 in Hagerman, Idaho the daughter of Jesse Ogden and Ann LaPreal Penfold Sands.She graduated from Lava Hot Springs High School. She married Robert Dean Stoddard on September 27, 1947 in Bliss, Idaho. He passed away on November 20, 2009.Chloe had also lived in Anchorage, Alaska, Conda and Soda Springs for 60+ years. They also spent their winters as a "Snowbird" in Overton, NV after Bob's retirement.She was a Avon Representative for many years. She enjoyed oil painting, bowling, camping, fishing, crocheting & gardening. Chloe was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy and Steve Sayre of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son Steve, and a daughter Patti, a brother Jack Merrill Sands and two sisters, Jessie Rae Lipe and Corrine Lewis.Services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Soda Springs LDS Stake Center. Family will visit with friends on Tues. from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Church prior to services. Burial will be in the Grace Cemetery.Condolences may be shared online at www.simsfh.com
