Cheryl Ann "Sherry" Beveridge, 58, of Corsica passed away on Monday morning, May 16, 2016 at the Clarion Hospital. She fought a courageous battle with Cancer since December of 2014. Anyone who knew Sherry knew that she did not give up.She was born on March 8, 1958 in Brookville; the daughter of Harry E. and Nancy Hindman Neiswonger of Corsica.Sherry was married on December 20, 1996 to James A. Beveridge, and he survives. She attended the Pisgah Presbyterian Church in Corsica. Sherry was a member of the VFW Post #2145 of Clarion and the American Legion Auxiliary of Strattanville. She enjoyed baking, shopping, and loved raising her grandson.Sherry is survived by her parents, her husband, two sons, Cody Wolbert and his wife Tina and their son Kaden Hanna of Limestone and Luke Wolbert of Corsica, a grandson, Trent Wolbert, who she was raising as her third son, three step sons, James Beveridge and his wife Kathy of Harrisburg, Anthony Beveridge and his wife Barb of Shippenville, and Andrew Beveridge of Connellsville, eleven step grandchildren, one sister, Brenda Wagner of her husband Ray of Corsica, and two brothers, Kenneth Neiswonger and his wife Sharon of Strattanville, and Donald Neiswonger and his wife Sue of Summerville.She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who she was very fond of. Sherry is preceded in death by a daughter, Alicia M. Wolbert on February 23, 2013, a brother, James "Birdman" Neiswonger on June 27, 2009.Sherry will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends. She will be remembered for her big heart and generous nature. Sherry loved her time spent with her family.A special thanks to the Clarion Cancer Center Staff and the Clarion Hospital Doctors and Nursing Staff for all the loving care and comfort. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion and also from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Pisgah Presbyterian Church in Corsica where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James Dietrich, pastor presiding.
