Charlotte Morrison, 82, passed away on September 16, 2017, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on October 4, 1934, in Council Hill, Okla., to Homer and Margaret (Dunn) Dearmore.Survivors include her son Omer Ray Morrison of Tularosa, N.M.; her daughter-in-law Christina Morrison; son-in-law Hubert "Butch" Merrill; two granddaughters, Amanda Lucero (husband Jason Lucero), and Heather Otero (wife Yolanda Otero); two grandsons, Travis Fanning and Rance Fanning; six great grandchildren, Dharma Fanning, Skyler Fanning, Amanda and Kiya Merrill, Lexi Lucero and Michael Lucero.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Holly Merrill, son Carl Gene Fanning, son Harley Morrison, father Homer Dearmore and mother Margaret Dearmore.A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.The Morrison family had entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home, for her cremation.To sign the online register book, please visit www.alamogordofuneralhome.org.
