A memorial service will take place on Friday, March 17 at 10:00 AM at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown and on Saturday, March 20 at 10:30 AM at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory in Urbandale.Charlotte was born on September 2, 1936 to James and Dorothy Nolan. She was married to Ronald Carr and they had six children, Ronda, Anthony, Darla, Brenda, and was preceded in death by Cheryl and Michelle.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown.
