CHARLES WAYNE THACKERVictoria- Charles Wayne Thacker,62, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017. He was born on November 8, 1954 to Lee and Annie DeVille Thacker.He was employed with Formosa as an operator and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.Survivors include his mother, Annie Deville Thacker; daughter, Amy Downes (Thomas) of Beeville; niece, Meredith Alcantar (David) of Victoria; great niece and nephews, Natalie, Patric and Matthew Alcantar; grandchildren, Ethan and Donovan Downes. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Thacker and his brother, Arnold Thacker.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 2 pm at Grace Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Green officiating.
