That partnership and dedication lasting 30 plus years.
Charles was always about the "Red White and Blue!"
Sporting his favorite apparel, his Navy T-shirts with a flag pin in his favorite hat. Such a Proud American!
Charles was a loving family man, a Navy man, son, brother, husband, father (dad, daddy), Grandfather (grandpa, Pappa) and Great Grandfather. Our Biggest fan!
Sharing just a sprinkle of memories that Charles has bestowed upon us:
Letters and postcards written during his travels, making sure he said "I love you" and "hope you're being a good girl". Lifted into the big Rig for a ride in the parking lot before dinner with his mom and dad's family, hopping into the Buick for a ride, blasting Santana, 3 Dog night to name a few. Late movie night watching King Kong, knocking pins down at Bowling. Bonfires, camping and Karaoke-singing "Elvira". Singing "More than Words" while heading to the campgrounds on Friday nights. Always making you smile and chuckle right back. Recent Cherished time spent having coffee, conversation and his company was a highlight of our lives, wishing we could have a do over!
Anyone who met him would see the glow and love his family brought to him speaking only of them without mention of himself.
"My Jill", inseparable throughout his retirement life. Devastated at her passing. To our realization the fragility of Life as he too passed to the Heavens, reunited once again. We know you will be watching over us, observer in the Sea of Heaven.
"Charles", we will forever miss your loving smile, big heart, kind ways and words.
Keep chuckling in Heaven, knowing we on Earth will miss and love you forever!
Charles will be resting at Mount Greenwood Cemetary with 3 generations of the Seaquist family in a US Naval casket, honored with the American Flag and Official Navy Seal.
Military Honors, Taps and 7 Point Flag Gold will be presented at a Private Graveside Service.
The family would like to extend our Thanks to all the Doctors, nurses, therapist and caring staff at Alexian Brothers Hospital.
We wish you all could be with us to say our final good byes, however in today's world, this is just not possible.
