Charles A. Tobeck passed away March 16,2019 is survived by his daughters Sandy Stanford (Glen) and Sharon Tobeck. Grandpa to Danielle, Andrew, and Casey Great Grandfather to Riley and Savannah. Charles was married to Rita and she passed in 2005. He will be greatly missed. Service is private
