Carrol Rider, 67, of Sacramento, California, passed Wednesday, January 09, 2019. Carrol was born June 06, 1951. He went to Sacramento High School where he completed his diploma, then soon went to college. One of the many things Andre as we call him was proud of was his beautiful kids Tangela Rider, and Shawn Rider. Though, life took him away from his children he always prayed and stated how very proud he was of them both.
