Carrie Chan of Logan, passed away on Dec. 20, 2012, at the University of Colorado Hospital from complications with Lupus. She was born on July 23, 1974, to Moon Fatt Chan and Shui Sim Liu. Carrie was charismatic, had an infectious smile that lit up the room and loved the good company of her friends.
