On May 27 1994 Cook county Chicago llinois Carrie Annette Oliver better known as “Ann” was born to Dilcey Bernice and jay d. Oliver,both of whom have preceded her in death. She was the second oldest child of eleven.she had seven brothers;Dilly and Roger , was who preceded her in death ; Charles/p-nut,Alonzo(Lonnie),Mikey warren and Stacey.she had three sisters;Yvonne,Linda and Michelle   As a child,Ann lived and attended grade school in Chicago public school system.for her high school school year she attended Germantown high school from which she graduated in 2012.while in school she met her husband-to-be ,Butch,and soon became a mother.she started her family in her first home located at 1368 E Haines
