Carrie A. Smith, 21, of Montrose, passed away unexpectedly at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. She was born on June 8, 1994, in Johnson City, N.Y., to Stephen and Julie (Mott) Smith, Montrose.Besides her parents, she leaves behind her two daughters, Alexis Rayne Smith and Kenislee Teel; maternal grandparents, Presho and Doris Mott; paternal grandmother, Shirley Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Kyle and Amanda Smith, Springville; niece, Kimberly; nephew, Landon; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Her paternal grandfather, Wendell Smith predeceased her.Carrie was very out-going; a busy body that was always happy go lucky and a pleasure to be around. She loved kids, especially her two daughters.Calling hours will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home.
