Muhr, CarlCarl A. Muhr, 65, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on November 24, 2016, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay. He was born on May 7, 1951, in Chicago, IL to Richard and Kathe (Ledtje) Muhr. On June 19, 1998, he married Nancy Kohlbeck in Sturgeon Bay. Carl worked at Overland Bolling for a number of years.Survivors include his wife Nancy; two children, Pam (Steve) Robillard, Sturgeon Bay; Karen (Mark) Kill, Bayport, MN; two step-children, Tracy (Steve) Zingler, Green Bay; Tammy (James) Pellizzaro, Denmark; eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, John Muhr and his three daughters, Mark Muhr, and Paul (Linda) Muhr, all of Chicago; mother-in-law, Jacqueline Kohlbeck, De Pere. He was preceded in death by his parents, Uncle Heinz, and father-in-law, Rubert Kohlbeck.Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2016, at the Forbes Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Matthew Knapp officiating. Burial will be in Bayside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home until the time of services. Memorials may be given to Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church.
