Brenilda A. Garcia, 68, a resident of Las Vegas passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 in Las Vegas.She was born on March 20, 1948 to Juan Garcia and Dolores Torres Garcia in Las Vegas.She liked going to the casino and spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.A Catholic, she was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Dolores Torres- Garcia; brother, Francisco Garcia; and special aunt, Aurora Armijo.She is survived by her sons, Richard Garcia of Santa Fe, Lucio Garcia and wife, Beth, of Las Vegas; sister, Elisea Garcia of Albuquerque; brother, Pete Garcia of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Andrea Garcia, Marissa Mohr and husband, Frank, Lucio Garcia Jr., Anthony Garcia, Brandy Garcia and Joseph Garcia; great-grandchildren, Jace Mohr and Aubrey Mohr; best friends, Perla Gonzales and husband, Marvin, and their son, Marcos, all of Las Vegas.Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. today (Friday) at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday also at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas.
