Mrs. Bonnie Lee Norwood, 65, formerly of Lake City, Florida, died Sunday, April 6, 2014 in the Bowling Green Medical Center, Bowling Green, Kentucky, following a long illness. Bonnie was born on August 24, 1948 in Miami, Florida, to the late Mitchell and Anna Sapp.  She lived for many years in St. Cloud, before moving to Lake City in 1997.  She had worked as a landscaper and then as a childcare worker.  Bonnie attended Christ Central Ministries of Lake City. She is survived by her children, Jason Norwood, of Orlando, Scott Norwood, of  Murrieta, CA and Jenny Norwood Sams, of Bee Springs, KY;  four sisters, Carol (Al) Estevez, and Pat Johnson, both of Wellborn and Tina Hall and Beatrice Sapp, both of Lake City; three brothers, Wayne (Judy) Sapp and Jim (Barbara) Sapp, both of Lake City, and Gordon (Kathy) Sapp, of Sarasota; six grandchildren, Joelle Norwood, Holly Norwood, Isabella Norwood, Daivea Sams, Todd Norwood and Braden Norwood. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 11, 2014 at 2:00 P. M., in the sanctuary of Christ Central Ministries of Lake City, with Pastor Lonnie Johns, officiating.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 P.
