LITTLESTOWN Beverly A. Freeman, 72, formerly of Lancaster, died Monday, April 13, 2015, at Transitions Healthcare, Gettysburg, following a long illness. Beverly was born on May 4, 1942, in York, daughter of the late Carl A. and Helen M. (Runkle) Byers. A visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, April 20, 2015, at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 2114 W. Market St., York. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bola Adebisi officiating. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Beverly had worked as a patient services coordinator for the Lancaster American Cancer Society and previously as a certified medical assistant for Eden Park Pediatrics, Lancaster. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Lititz, and the National Society of Tole Painters. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, and Schneiber Pediatrics Rehab Ceneter in Lancaster. She was a Sunday school teacher at St. Pauls Church in York, PTO chairperson, and Brownie leader. She enjoyed cross stitch, crewel, and collecting Santas. She was a semi-finalist in the International Library of Photography. She is survived by two daughters, Kim Freeman-Good, wife of Steve, and Teri Denerio, wife of Jeremy; a sister, Gloria Boll, wife of Sonny; nieces, Robin Meredith, wife of Rob, and Holly Patterson, wife of Wade; great-nieces and nephews, Alex Patterson, Katlyn Patterson, Emma Meredith, and Cory Meredith; and a sister-in-law, Pamela Byers.
